- Clean up computers. Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
- Install computer peripherals for users.
- Follow up with users to ensure issue has been resolved.
- Gain feedback from users about computer usage.
- Good Troubleshooting skills Able to work under pressure, with the ability to multi task Full knowledge of Windows operating systems,7,8.1 and MS OFFICE
