- what countries, when, how. -Prepare the annual sales plan for the company and set the sales strategies and identify goals, and targets for each sales man.
-Cultivate new sources of leads and define a clear sales process.
-Researching customers needs and requirements.
-Carrying out market research and study the competitors and their marketing and sales strategies. -Negotiating sales contracts.
-Attending Trade Shows and Exhibitions. -Preparing sales reports and correspondences in a timely manner.
