1.2. Plan strategically all activities of CATS to cope with ZC mission
1.3. Develop annual plan and budget for the Career Center .
1.4. Manage & supervise the Career Center team and motivate them to reach the best performance
1.5. Monitor the career center activities and ensure that all objectives are achieved effectively
1.6. Submit regular reports and updates on the career center achievements and success stories
1.7. Create useful partnerships with relevant entities and corporates to support ZC students and alumni in their career plans
1.8. Offer technical assistance support to the career center team and ensure their efficiency
1.9. Manage and supervise the implementation of the different training and career development programs and events
1.10. Supervise the CSM online platform
