*Ensures that his team doing their jobs in collecting outstanding and LGs within time.
*Ensures that clients are familiar with our specifications in order to compile with tender booklets technical requirements.
*Distributes sales targets on his sales force, evaluate their performance and achievements to meet their targets.
*Leads new markets penetration (regions or industries).
*Ensures that the sales strategy and sales goals set at the region and district levels are followed and achieved respectively.
*Provides Support and supervise sales team in daily sales progress (Receives periodically reports, weekly plan, call reports, customer profile, lost sales deals, tender reports and competitor performance reports).
*Assists the sales manager to resolve customer complaints and issues within the sales department for smooth functioning. *Ensures that sales team are familiar with, and have appropriate documents and fliers to support, current promotions and have been trained as to their benefits to the customer so they are adequately armed to meet their sales targets.
*Raises competitors performance reports (Special prices, special deals and new products) and any other available promising opportunities in the market.
*Communicates annual objectives (KPIS) with his subordinate.
