CNFA is currently seeking Agri-Businesses and Cooperative/Associations Technical Advisors to provide capacity building and technical support to key businesses, target cooperatives and associations, and grant recipients. The business advisors main tasks are to strengthen the cooperatives/associations capacities to manage a market-driven horticultural value chain initiatives effectively; and to provide technical support to the awarded grantees to effectively manage their proposed interventions for increasing the income level of the smallholder farmers. The business advisors will be working under the direct supervision of the BDS Team Leader.
