- Know and feel customers and prospects.
- Providing all interested customers with products marketing materials and samples.
- Maintaining customer experiences that drive satisfaction, loyalty, trust and long-term relationship.
- Conduct all required for product accreditation by consultants, customers and the government sector.
- Persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
- Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
- Work on after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required.
- Conduct periodical visits to new and existing customers.
- Analyze customers feedback and handling their complaints.
