مطلوب Admin Assistant لشركه Triangle Facility Management

*Greets clients, answers and switches phone calls.
*Prepares daily attendance report including vacations and business trips.
* Prepares flight and hotel reservations, prepares travel forms and settlements for the division and follow up on it .
*Conducts formal letters for the division and customers.
* Coordinates with IT division for copy machine & printers readiness.
* Coordinates with administration division for facilities readiness.
* Prepares expenses claims for the division and follow up on it.
* Prepares Petty Cash requests to pay admin expenses for office operations.
* Registers new customers, suppliers and Issue purchase orders on JDE System.
*Follow up with sales team for their weekly plan and targets.
*Follow up on the department CRM activity and updates the division customer list.
*Issues any reports or presentations requested, sends and receives faxes, daily post and send it to the right person.
